- If a product you receive is damaged during shipment its not our fault these items can only be return if found fake.
- Or is not what you ordered then please get in touch with our customer care on beastnutritionpk@gmail.com or Call us 0301-4659559 within 2 days of receipt of the product. You can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.
- Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be eligible for any return or refund.
- All return request are subject to unboxing video only, any request without unboxing video will not be entertained.
- If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 2 days ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
- Any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting, rashes, stomach upset or severe headaches) and for issues with taste, flavor, likes/dislikes or lack of results from a product are not eligible for any return or refund. (Please consult your doctor before buying the product)
- Items in clearance sale or marked as un-returnable at the time of placing an order would not be eligible for any return or refund.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered will not be eligible for any return or refund.
